كيف تحذف حسابك وبياناتك

يمكن لمدير العمارة حذف حسابه وكل بيانات العمارة من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت، دون الحاجة للتواصل معنا.

من داخل التطبيق (فوري)

  1. افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول.
  2. اذهب إلى تبويب الإعدادات وانزل إلى أسفل الصفحة.
  3. اضغط حذف الحساب واقرأ ما سيتم حذفه، ثم اضغط «متابعة».
  4. اكتب اسم العمارة كما هو للتأكيد، ثم اضغط «احذف كل شيء».
  5. أعد تسجيل الدخول عند الطلب (كلمة السر، أو حساب Google/Apple) للتحقق من هويتك.
ما الذي يُحذف؟ حساب المدير في Firebase Authentication، والعمارة بكل بياناتها: الشقق وأسماء السكان وهواتفهم، المستحقات، المدفوعات، المصروفات، صور الإيصالات وإثباتات الدفع، سجل التغييرات، وروابط الكشوف العامة (تتوقف عن العمل فوراً). الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه ولا نحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية قابلة للاسترجاع.

نصيحة: صدّر سجلاتك بصيغة CSV من الإعدادات ← تصدير البيانات قبل الحذف إن كنت تحتاجها.

بالبريد الإلكتروني (إن تعذّر الدخول للتطبيق)

أرسل رسالة من البريد المسجّل به حسابك إلى mohamedsayedelkilany@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب» مع ذكر اسم العمارة. سنتحقق من أن الطلب صادر عن صاحب الحساب ثم نحذف الحساب وكل بياناته خلال 30 يوماً ونؤكد لك بالبريد.

هل أنت ساكن وليس مديراً؟

بياناتك (اسمك ورقم هاتفك إن وُجد) أدخلها مدير عمارتك. اطلب منه تعديلها أو حذفها من صفحة الشقة في التطبيق، أو راسلنا على البريد أعلاه وسنساعدك.

How to delete your account and data

A building manager can delete their account and all of the building's data from inside the app at any time — no need to contact us.

In the app (immediate)

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Settings tab and scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete account, read what will be removed, then tap “Continue”.
  4. Type the building name exactly to confirm, then tap “Delete everything”.
  5. Sign in again when prompted (password, or your Google/Apple account) to verify it's you.
What gets deleted: the manager's Firebase Authentication account and the whole building: apartments with occupant names and phone numbers, dues, payments, expenses, receipt and payment-proof images, the audit log, and the public statement links (they stop working immediately). Deletion is permanent and irreversible; we keep no restorable backups.

Tip: export your records as CSV from Settings → Export first if you need them.

By email (if you can no longer open the app)

Send an email from the address registered to your account to mohamedsayedelkilany@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and your building's name. We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account and all its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Are you a resident, not the manager?

Your details (name and, optionally, phone number) were entered by your building's manager. Ask them to edit or remove them from the apartment page in the app, or email us at the address above and we will help.
