سياسة الخصوصية
تطبيق «دارنا» (Darna) أداة لمدير عمارة سكنية واحد لتسجيل اشتراكات الشقق الشهرية ومصروفات العمارة ورصيد الصندوق، ولمشاركة كشف حساب لكل شقة عبر رابط للقراءة فقط. يشغّل التطبيق ويحتفظ به محمد الكيلاني (يُشار إليه بـ«نحن»). توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه ولماذا وكيف يمكنك حذفه.
1. التطبيق دفتر حسابات فقط
التطبيق لا يعالج أي مدفوعات ولا يستقبل أو يحوّل أي أموال. المبالغ المسجّلة فيه إدخالات يدوية يكتبها المدير لتوثيق ما دُفع نقداً أو بأي وسيلة خارج التطبيق. لا توجد بيانات بطاقات أو حسابات بنكية أو محافظ إلكترونية داخل التطبيق.

لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي ولا جهات الاتصال ولا معرّفات إعلانية. لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات ولا على أي مكتبة تحليلات أو تتبّع، ولا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.
3. المسؤولية عن بيانات السكان
أسماء السكان وأرقام هواتفهم يُدخلها المدير بصفته مسؤولاً عن حسابات العمارة. على المدير إبلاغ السكان بأن بياناتهم مسجّلة في التطبيق وبإمكانية مشاركة كشف حسابهم عبر رابط. يمكن للساكن طلب تعديل بياناته أو حذفها من المدير، أو التواصل معنا على البريد أدناه.
4. أين تُخزَّن البيانات
تُخزَّن جميع البيانات في خدمات Google Firebase (المصادقة Authentication، وقاعدة البيانات Cloud Firestore، والاستضافة Hosting) التابعة لشركة Google LLC، وقاعدة البيانات في منطقة europe-west1 (بلجيكا). تنطبق على المعالجة لدى Google شروط خصوصية Firebase. يحتفظ التطبيق أيضاً بنسخة مؤقتة من بيانات عمارتك على جهاز المدير للعمل دون اتصال. عند تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google أو Apple يتلقى التطبيق من مزوّد الدخول بريدك الإلكتروني (واسمك عند أول دخول بحساب Apple) فقط.
5. صفحات الكشف العامة
لكل شقة رابط بصيغة /s/… يحتوي على رمز عشوائي طويل يتعذّر تخمينه. كل من يملك الرابط يستطيع فتح الصفحة دون تسجيل دخول ويرى: اسم العمارة، وصف الشقة، اسم الساكن، مستحقاته ومدفوعاته، رصيد الصندوق، وآخر مصروفات العمارة مع صور إيصالاتها. لا تعرض الصفحة رقم هاتف الساكن ولا إثباتات الدفع. يمكن للمدير في أي وقت إبطال رابط شقة أو كل الروابط (تدوير الرمز) فيتوقف الرابط القديم عن العمل فوراً. لا تُفهرَس هذه الصفحات ولا يمكن تصفّحها أو تعدادها دون الرابط.
6. الأمان
الوصول إلى بيانات العمارة مقيّد بقواعد أمان Firestore بحيث لا يقرأها أو يعدّلها إلا المدير المسجّل عليها، باستثناء صفحات الكشف العامة الموضّحة أعلاه. البيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل وفي التخزين لدى Google. في إصدارات المتاجر يُستخدم Firebase App Check للتحقق من أن الطلبات صادرة من التطبيق الأصلي (على الويب عبر Google reCAPTCHA v3 عند تفعيله).
7. مدة الاحتفاظ وحذف الحساب
نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام حساب المدير قائماً. لا تُحذف المدفوعات والمصروفات منفردة داخل الدفتر؛ بل تُعلَّم «ملغاة» مع بيان السبب حفاظاً على تسلسل الحسابات.
حذف الحساب: من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. بعد تأكيدين (وكتابة اسم العمارة) وإعادة تسجيل الدخول للتحقق، يحذف التطبيق نهائياً العمارة وكل بياناتها (الشقق، المستحقات، المدفوعات، المصروفات، الصور، سجل التغييرات، وروابط الكشوف) ثم حساب المدير نفسه. الحذف فوري ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. يمكنك أيضاً طلب الحذف بالبريد الإلكتروني، انظر صفحة حذف الحساب. قبل الحذف يمكنك تصدير كل السجلات بصيغة CSV من الإعدادات.
8. حقوقك
يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وتصديرها وحذفها. كل ذلك متاح من داخل التطبيق، ويمكنك التواصل معنا لأي طلب أو استفسار.
9. الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لمديري العمارات البالغين وليس مصمّماً لمن هم دون 18 عاماً.
10. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
عند تعديل السياسة نحدّث تاريخ السريان أعلى الصفحة. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني قبول السياسة المحدّثة.

Privacy Policy
Darna (“دارنا”) is a tool for a single volunteer manager of a residential building to record monthly apartment fees, building expenses and the running fund balance, and to share a read-only statement per apartment via a link. The app is operated and maintained by Mohamed Elkilany (“we”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can delete it.
1. A ledger only
The app does not process payments and never receives or transfers money. Every amount in it is a manual entry made by the manager to document what was paid in cash or by other means outside the app. No card, bank or wallet details exist in the app.

We do not collect location, contacts or advertising identifiers. The app contains no ads and no analytics or tracking SDK. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.
3. Residents' data
Occupant names and phone numbers are entered by the manager in their role as the building's bookkeeper. The manager should inform residents that their details are recorded in the app and that their statement may be shared via a link. A resident can ask the manager to correct or remove their details, or contact us at the address below.
4. Where data is stored
All data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Hosting), operated by Google LLC, with the database located in europe-west1 (Belgium). Google's processing is governed by the Firebase privacy terms. The app also keeps a local cache of your building's data on the manager's device for offline use. When you sign in with Google or Apple, the app receives only your email address (and, on the first Apple sign-in, your name) from the provider.
5. Public statement pages
Each apartment has a link of the form /s/… containing a long random, unguessable token. Anyone holding the link can open the page without signing in and sees: the building name, apartment label, occupant name, that apartment's dues and payments, the fund balance, and the building's recent expenses with receipt images. The page never shows the occupant's phone number or payment-proof photos. The manager can revoke one link or all links at any time (token rotation); the old link stops working immediately. These pages are not indexed and cannot be browsed or enumerated without the link.
6. Security
Access to a building's data is restricted by Firestore security rules so that only the registered manager can read or modify it, apart from the public statement pages described above. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Google. Store builds use Firebase App Check to verify requests come from the genuine app (on the web via Google reCAPTCHA v3 when enabled).
7. Retention and account deletion
We keep data for as long as the manager's account exists. Individual payments and expenses are never deleted from the ledger; they are marked “voided” with a reason so the books stay consistent.
Account deletion: in the app, go to Settings → Delete account. After two confirmations (including typing the building name) and a fresh sign-in for verification, the app permanently deletes the building with all its data (apartments, dues, payments, expenses, images, audit log and statement links) and then the manager's account itself. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You can also request deletion by email — see the account deletion page. Before deleting you can export all records as CSV from Settings.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct, export and delete your data. All of this is available inside the app, and you can contact us with any request or question.
9. Children
The app is intended for adult building managers and is not designed for anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated policy.
